Every recipe carries the fingerprint of this specific soil — herbs grown right here, fermented in our on-site brewery. We pour from 12 taps rotating with the seasons and harvest. And we’re about 15 minutes from Skyline Drive’s northern entrance at Front Royal — the post-hike pint has a home here.

The name is a nod to another delicious beer enjoyed by our owner years ago. Very low hop bitterness and malt flavor, very light in color with a low-to-medium body.
So tasty and thirst quenching, with a hint of rosemary and plenty of bubbles. First brewed for Belgian farm workers who deserved a cold brew after a long, hot day in the fields — but still had to be up early the next morning, hence the low alcohol.
German wheat beer whose aroma comes largely from the yeast — banana and clove flavors, distinctive and well balanced, that pair with a wide variety of foods.
Spiced with coriander and orange peel, this old-world Belgian style is enjoying a renaissance. And yes, “wit” does mean white — very pale with a slight haze, low malt and hop bitterness.
